Lightweight by design

Starling is deliberately lightweight: pure PHP, no heavy external dependencies, and designed to run comfortably on small VPS hosts and typical shared hosting environments.

Starling idea

Inspired by starling murmurations: decentralized, leaderless, and shaped by nearby connection.
